Refund Policy

1. Appointment Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 2 days (48 hours) before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours before your appointment are eligible for a 50% refund or can be rescheduled for a different time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable, as the appointment time was specifically reserved for you.

2. No-Shows

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be provided for no-shows, and future bookings may require prepayment.

3. Dissatisfaction with Service

If you are not satisfied with your haircut or grooming service, please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment.

We will offer a free correction or adjustment if the dissatisfaction is due to a service-related issue.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be made, we may provide a partial refund depending on the circumstances.

4. Prepaid Services or Packages

Prepaid services or packages are non-refundable, but can be transferred to someone else or rescheduled for a different date with at least 2 days' notice.

Any unused sessions in a package may be carried over to future visits, subject to availability.

5. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule based on availability.

In this case, no refund will be provided for any missed time.

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash. They can be used for services or products at our barbershop and do not expire.
